Iranian film ‘The Hose’ directed by Mansour Foruzesh has qualified to compete at the 12th Jogja-Netpac Asian Film Festival in Indonesia.
The 12th edition of this festival titled “Fluidity” will be organized from December 1 to December 8, 2017.
‘The Hose’ follows the story of Mr Nobari who is a school teacher trying to change his teaching method which proves to be a hard task due to his attachment to his punishment tool, the hose.
Also written by Mansour Forouzesh, the film features Iranian actors such as Kasra Joorablou and Siroos Hemati.
Jogja-NETPAC Asian Film Festival ( JAFF ) is a premier Asian film festival in Indonesia focusing on the development of Asian cinema.
The festival tries to contribute to introducing Asian cinema to a wider public in Indonesia, but it also provides a space for the intersection of many sectors such as arts, culture, and tourism.
